Would you like to host workshops with Miss Pole Dance Canada 2011 at your studio?
We offer a variety of different workshops for all Pole Fitness levels such as:
Beginner Spins & Transitions - This class is designed for beginners as a platform working with transitional movements around the pole to the floor as well as incorporating some fun and challenging spins.
Intermediate and Advanced Climbs & Combos - In this workshop our focus is on building strength in our climbs up and down the pole and creating unique combinations throughout. We'll add on to existing skills as well as introduce new ones to work towards.
Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced Pole Tricks - I'm best known for my strength, endurance and pole tricks and in this workshop we'll work together in order to give you all the fundamentals you need in order to achieve your pole trick goals. I'll give you the breakdown of each move along with the training techniques to achieve them.
Conditioning, Flexibility and Strength Training for all Levels - Regardless of what you're working towards at any given time, knowledge and strength is key. I'll give you comprehensive training fundamentals to help you work towards achieving your goals safely and effectively.
Beginner to Advanced Aerial Hoop & Aerial Silks Training - Aerial Silks and Lyra (Hoop) training is a great compliment to pole or on it's own. We'll focus on climbing, locking, tricks, poses and drops.
