This class is designed to get you into shape to either compliment your pole dance fitness training or to just tone and tighten. No pole dance experience is required. We'll take you through a series of exercises utilizing the pole as a fitness tool using resistance bands and your own body weight. This IS NOT pole dancing and men are more than welcome to join in.
