At Zacada, your child and his or her friends will experience a birthday party they will never forget! 

Zacada Birthday parties consist of activities in the gym followed by a special Zacada performance of our own for your kids.

During the gym portion of the party, we'll introduce the children to a wide variety of circus activities and skills.

They'll use fun props and circus equipment – including Trapeze, Aerial Hoop, Slack line and Tumble Track

By the end of the party, they will have created their own little circus!

What You Need To Know

Parties are designed for children 5 years and up...

Available Party Days | Saturdays & Sundays

Total Party Time | 2 hrs
Gym Time | 1 Hour 15 minutes
Party Room Time | 45 minutes
Treats & Snacks | You provide

*The Birthday party host can provide Loot bags to take home

Clothing | Anything the kids can move comfortably in – but nothing too baggy
Consent Form | Please download & complete for each child attending the party
Invitations | Download an invitation you can customize

Costs

Up to 12 Children | Birthday Child is Free | $350 +HST
Each Additional Child $25+HST

Does Zacada provide any food or drinks?

Zacada does not provide any food.  There is a fridge and freezer for the birthday child's parents to keep food / treats in until ready to serve.

Please bring any paper plates, cutlery, napkins and cups you may need to serve your guests.  We will happily clean up the party rooms for you.


When should we arrive for the party?
Your party room will be ready 15 minutes before the party starts.  There are other programs running prior to your party. 

This room will be for your party participants to drop off their coats / belongings and gifts before entering the gym.

*Please keep in mind that we do have parties coming in after your party.  We would appreciate you gathering your belongings and freeing the room at your finish time so that we can clean the rooms for the next party

Can parents stay and watch?
 The parents of the Birthday child will be required to stay and they are welcome to enter the gym to take pictures.  No other parents will be allowed in the gym.
