ADULT ACROBATICS & HANDSTANDS

This class is great for all skill levels. Whether you have a background in gymnastics, have always wanted to learn a cartwheel, or want to work on your handstand for your cross fit competition, this class is tailored to your skill level.

ROLLS, CARTWHEELS, BRIDGES, WALKOVERS, HAND STANDS, HANDSPRINGS &

SALTOS

Mini Tramp and Tumble track are also incorporated into this class.
This class will also include some flexibility and conditioning to improve your skills. A really fun way to stay active.
