Adult Aerial - DROP INS WELCOME ANYTIME
Get ready to sweat! 90 jam packed minutes which includes warm up, individual training on pole, hoop or silks, group conditioning and stretching! This is a great class to attend once or twice a week to keep polished up on your current skills or a great place for beginners to start. Your instructor will assess your current fitness level and goals and work with you in achieving them. There are 13 Pole Levels from Beginner to Pro and our instructors will give you all the safety fundamentals, training techniques and practical theory to ensure your success.
Yoga - DROP INS WELCOME ANYTIME
Our yoga instructor will guide you through powerful poses aimed at increasing flexibility and lean muscle mass.
PoleFIT - DROP INS WELCOME ANYTIME
This class is designed to get you into shape to either compliment your pole dance fitness training or to just tone and tighten. No pole dance experience is required. We'll take you through a series of exercises utilizing the pole as a fitness tool using resistance bands and your own body weight. This IS NOT a Pole Dance Fitness Class and men are more than welcome to attend.
SASSY Dance & Chair Fit
Challenge yourself with this self discovery course on chair fitness and sensual movements through dance. Learn basic chair exercises that you can do almost anywhere, as well as weekly challenges to boost your self esteem. Get your sexy back!

Beginner Levels 1 & 2 - Pole Progressions
In this 6 week session you'll begin your pole dance experience by learning all the spins and transitions in Pole Dance Fitness Levels 1 & 2 in a systematic manner. Once you're confident with your skills we'll shape things up into an exciting choreographed routine!
Pole Dance Fitness Level 3
Now that you've completed Pole Progressions you will continue to move forward with your training into more complex spins, challenging climbs and continued conditioning techniques.
Pole Dance Fitness Level 4
In this level you'll be challenged with climbs and combinations along with more complex transitions and spins. Emphasis will be put on your ability to invert effectively while actively displaying safety and control into the dismount.
Pole Dance Fitness Level 5
It's time to take your training to new heights and start hanging on using nothing but your legs, hips and thighs! This level focuses mainly on variations of hangs and inversions as well as increasing strength and body awareness.
