Who Is This Class For?
This is an all-inclusive, mixed class for both men and women, 15 years and older, at any skill or fitness level.
This class will build your upper body strength like nothing else.
You will develop such a sense of satisfaction through depending on your own strength to accomplish these skills... not to mention the thrill of learning how to drop!
This class will also include some flexibility and conditioning to improve your skills.
No experience is required.


Adult Aerial Classes
Beginner
8 week session: Sept 10 - Oct 29
Wednesdays • 7:45pm - 8:45pm

Intermediate - Advanced Classes
This class requires upper body strength and abdominal strength. You will definitely develop even more strength attending these classes. This is a great addition to your regular workout and so much fun to learn skills in the air.
Skills are modified for several levels. Come try it out!
