We are excited to host our first NOSO competition.

Location: 687 Barton st. Stoney Creek ON L8E 5L6

Spectator seats are available for purchase at the door for $10. Each competitor registration includes one free spectator pass.
Parking available all around the building

RULES:

Hybrid Course - Hybrid Format
● A longer course combining speed, endurance, and technical skill.
● Typically includes 6–15 obstacles. (Suggestion Only)
● Athletes compete one at a time.
● Athletes are given a set amount of time on the course (Course Time Limit)
● Athletes earn 1 point for completing each obstacle within the Course Time Limit
● Retry Policy: Athletes are not allowed retries.
● Obstacle Order: Obstacles must be completed in the designated order. Athletes may
not skip ahead to a later obstacle until they have attempted (either passed or failed)
the previous obstacle.
● Run Ends (for scoring): When the athlete hits the buzzer, fails the final obstacle in the
course, or the course time expires.

 5-7 Girls and Boys (Check in 8:30am) Walkthrough 9am

 8-9 Girls and Boys (Check in 10:30am) Walkthrough 11:00 am

10-11 Girls and Boys  (Check in 12:30pm) Walkthrough 1pm
 

Sunday October 19th, 2025


 12-13 Girls and Boys   (Check in  8:30am) Walkthrough 9:00am

 14-24 Girls, Masters, 25+ Women  (Check in 11:00am) Walkthrough 11:30am

 14-24 Men, 25+ Men, Elite  (Check in 1:00pm)  Walkthrough 1:30pm
