3rd payment $114.00 + HST (November 1st)

4th payment $114.00 + HST (December 1st)

5th payment $114.00 + HST (January 1st)

6th payment $114.00 + HST (February 1st)

7th payment $114.00 + HST (March 1st)

8th payment $114.00 + HST (April 1st)
